Yes, I update once every 6-7 months… but when I do this, I do it twice or even more….

So, in the last months, we added more websites to our real estate network. The main target of these new websites is the investor looking to buy properties in Middle East and properties in South America, 2 regions where we think there is still plenty of space to grow.

On the other hand, we introduced Top Memberships on Mondinion.com real estate portal, a feature that will provide many additional features and much better exposure for the growing number of members and real estate agents.

We launched www.madeinterra.com a global B2B search engine. Our goal with this website is to let companies from all over the world to easily search for B2B products they are looking for or search for buyer of their products. Currently, the search engine list companies from NewTradeLeads.com website only but soon we will add more partners to our search source.

• 2,138,757 visits according to Google Analytics
• in October, November and December our US traffic is constantly and considerably higher than big UK portals RightMove.co.uk and PrimeLocation.com
• we launched our Twitter page in December 3, 2010 where we try to keep in touch with agents and all our members
• in October 2010, we reached 50,000 real estate listings, all posted manually
• another press release in October, we launched country and region specific portals: www.realestatepropertylistings.eu, www.propertiesinmiddleeast.com, www.propertiesinsouthamerica.com
• we partnered with leading classified website OLX.com, and aggregators like Trovit or Mitula, through these partnerships, agent and private owner listings are automatically syndicated to other websites
• we continue to run Mondinion.com as a Free Real Estate Portal charging only for Premium Real Estate Listings

Last week we announced a partnership with OLX to automatically post Mondinion.com Property Listings to various OLX country website. When we started we only syndicated 4 countries, now the country list is a lot more bigger, basically we cover all important countries where we have listings from. This list includes: US, Spain, France, Italy, Cyprus, Turkey, Brazil, Mexico, India, Hungary, Croatia, UAE, Canada, Portugal and Philippines.

We also made deals with 2 classified aggregators Trovit and Mitula, so your listings will get visitors trough these 2 niche search engines as well.

We have made an agreement with OLX global classified website to syndicate our listings to their website. This means more exposure for our agents and private owners and implicitly more leads. You can read more about this on our Press Release.

In the near future we plan to make similar agreements with other classified websites increasing the exposure of our listings and decreasing the time needed by our agents to post their listings to many websites.

I remember in 2000-2001 when I started my first projects, I posted some Press Releases but the impact was disappointing. In the last 3 weeks I tried press releases again with my new project, Mondinion.com International Real Estate. I have to say that although the traffic received directly through the source is minimal, this kind of advertising can be a greay branding. My 2 press releases are syndicated on many real estate related websites and I already received some interview requests from onlie publications.

TradeHolding.com B2B Network is in Alexa Top 100k since 2004, in fact we have many sites on TradeHolding.com B2B Network with a Top 50k Alexa ranking, or even Top 20k Alexa ranking.

Last month, in August 2008, 2 more websites we launched recently reached the Top 100k Alexa ranking:

• OneLoveNet.com Free Dating Site and
• Kugli.com Local Classified Ads website.

Also, Mondinion.com International Property Listings Portal, covering a more specific niche reached 300-500 uniques every day and more and more real estate for sale and real estate for rent listings are posted day after day.

Overall, this summer was very good in terms of traffic for all our websites, our Quantcast measured websites are close to 1 million uniques / month, a traffic that place our network to a ranking of 6658 among all Internet destinations: “Premier World Sites is a top 10,000 destination that reaches over 976K monthly people, of which 226K (23%) are in the U.S.”

A new big internet sale:

“In an unexpected move, AOL has acquired social-networking site Bebo. The price tag: $850 million in cash…. AOL has made it clear that buying Bebo is a move geared toward international growth, as the youth-oriented social network is wildly popular in the U.K., Ireland, and New Zealand. AOL reported that it has launched “17 international web sites over the last year and has plans to expand to 30 countries outside the U.S. by the end of 2008,” as well as international versions of its home page and some services. Bebo, meanwhile, plans to launch five localized versions of its service this year (France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands), and AOL will make it a major part of the company’s international expansion strategy.”

Bebo is the 3rd largest social network in the US. and the number 1 in the UK.

Yes, just take a look at the top movies section at OneLoveNet.com Free Online Dating Site. What do we see? Titanic, Romance, Friends, Romantic, 4 clearly “romantic” tags from the Top 10 used sd preferred movies by Singles. It looks like we all need love and romatism…

Other popular movies preferred by singles: Action, Comedy, Prison Break, Lord of the Rings, Gladiator, Matrix. I do not have such statistics but I guess that Gladiator and Matrix are most probably preferred by the machos.

So, what do we see here? The top is Dubai from UAE. The second position is occupied by Bucharest, the capital of my country. Considering the fact that when I launched OneLoveNet.com I promoted it aggressively in Romania, this might not be that relevant. Then on the top 10 there are many cities from India and Pakistan, countries with big populations. The best “western” cities are London from the UK and Toronto from Canada, positions 15 and 16. Then, on the Top 25 we also see cities from African countries like Kenya or Egypt and another big city from UAE, Abu Dhabi. The best US city is of course… New York.
