More regional real estate portals

July 9th, 2011

Yes, I update once every 6-7 months… but when I do this, I do it twice or even more….

So, in the last months, we added more websites to our real estate network. The main target of these new websites is the investor looking to buy properties in Middle East and properties in South America, 2 regions where we think there is still plenty of space to grow.

On the other hand, we introduced Top Memberships on real estate portal, a feature that will provide many additional features and much better exposure for the growing number of members and real estate agents.

We launched a global B2B search engine. Our goal with this website is to let companies from all over the world to easily search for B2B products they are looking for or search for buyer of their products. Currently, the search engine list companies from website only but soon we will add more partners to our search source.

If you are a B2B portal and would like to get traffic from directly to your B2B portal, please contact us and we will let you know what we need from you to get listed. in 2010

  • we partnered with leading classified website, and aggregators like Trovit or Mitula, through these partnerships, agent and private owner listings are automatically syndicated to other websites

We have big plans for 2011, we’ll write about these on a later article.

Real Estate Listings from added to other classified websites

November 25th, 2010

Last week we announced a partnership with OLX to automatically post Property Listings to various OLX country website. When we started we only syndicated 4 countries, now the country list is a lot more bigger, basically we cover all important countries where we have listings from. This list includes: US, Spain, France, Italy, Cyprus, Turkey, Brazil, Mexico, India, Hungary, Croatia, UAE, Canada, Portugal and Philippines.

We also made deals with 2 classified aggregators Trovit and Mitula, so your listings will get visitors trough these 2 niche search engines as well.

More exposure for listings

November 17th, 2010

We have made an agreement with OLX global classified website to syndicate our listings to their website. This means more exposure for our agents and private owners and implicitly more leads. You can read more about this on our Press Release.

In the near future we plan to make similar agreements with other classified websites increasing the exposure of our listings and decreasing the time needed by our agents to post their listings to many websites.

If not yet, just create an account on International Property and start posting your properties.

500,000+ business members in 8 years

November 7th, 2010

Yes, in November, B2B Network will turn to 8, and the network reached an impressive number of members: more than half a million members use our services more or less often. In 8 years, we have launched many network sites such as: B2B Marketplace, Europe Business Directory, Middle East Business Directory, China Suppliers and Manufacturers and many more, all using the same platform. I never mentioned in public about our network infrastructure but now I think it is time to say that the 100k+ unique visitors on the B2B Network + the other 30k+ unique visitors on our other sites (dating, real estate, classifieds) are served by 10 servers and we plan to have at least 3-4 new servers in the next year.

50,000+ real estate listings on

November 1st, 2010

Yes, that’s right, we reached another milestone, 50,000 active real estate listings on International Real Estate.

And, we do not import listings from other websites as other portals do, all of our listings are posted on a website that is part of International Real Estate Network or our general classifieds website Also, the listings are posted manually no XML upload is possible on our site, this is how we want to be unique, we do not need thousands of listings that are posted everywhere on the net, we prefer quality over quantity and it looks like our work is generating the expected results for agents and owners. Of course, for the future we have plans to become an international aggregator where users will have the possibility to search our portal as well as other portals but this is another story.

Some of the most visited site sections are country specific pages such as: Property in Spain, Property in Italy, Property in Turkey, Property in Egypt, etc.

We also introduced in October 2010, the Global Property Search site section which is a new page created mainly for investors and buyers to easily locate properties in cities, countries or regions of their choice. How is it working? Just access, select the type of property you are looking for and start typing your location name, our intelligent software will automatically show you matching countries, cities and regions based on what you type. You can search for entire countries (like Turkey), specific regions (like Toscana) or specific cities (like Budapest). We have over 180,000 locations in our database and using this new search feature will no longer require you to know at what region or province is a specific city, just simply start typing the city name and select from the matching results. The Real Estate Related Project

January 31st, 2009

Long time since I last wrote to this blog. It is time to keep you up to date with what I am doing presently. I will post some of my comments from a press release that was released to public just a few days ago:

”We have big plans for 2009:
* we will launch regional real estate websites ( partner sites) where we will focus our efforts to sell properties in these regions, our short term plans are to launch region specific websites in Europe, Middle East, Caribbean and Australia
* we plan to translate and all partner sites and make the content available in several langauges
* we will continue our advertising campaigns to keep and even increase the growth rate we currently have
* we plan to release monthly stats about what real estate and in what regions are our visitors searching
* and, we will launch a new feature that is not available in a large scale anywhere else in the international real estate market, let this be a surprise…”

The good news is that one of the above mentioned regional real estate listing websites has just been launched. It is and it is targetting European Real Estate owners and agents as well as overseas investors who are interested in European Properties. More regional partner sites will be launched in the near future.

Press Releases as Advertising Method

October 20th, 2008

I remember in 2000-2001 when I started my first projects, I posted some Press Releases but the impact was disappointing. In the last 3 weeks I tried press releases again with my new project, International Real Estate. I have to say that although the traffic received directly through the source is minimal, this kind of advertising can be a greay branding. My 2 press releases are syndicated on many real estate related websites and I already received some interview requests from onlie publications.
